Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with Sanctuary of the Strange. Because our property is an event-based space with limited availability, we have established the following policy regarding payments, cancellations, and date changes.
1. All Sales Are Final
All bookings and purchases made through our website or our booking partner (Lodgify) are final. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Cancellations by the guest.

Reductions in the number of guests.

Weather conditions (unless the property is deemed inaccessible or unsafe by management).

"No-shows."
2. Rescheduling Policy
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that plans can change. We are happy to offer a one-time date move at no additional cost under the following conditions:

Advance Notice: You must contact us at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival/event date.

Availability: Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the property on the new requested dates.

Rate Differences: If the new date carries a higher seasonal rate than the original booking, the guest is responsible for paying the difference. If the new date is at a lower rate, no partial refunds or credits will be issued.
3. Requests Within 7 Days
Requests to reschedule made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival are not guaranteed and will be handled at the sole discretion of management. In most cases, these will be treated as cancellations without a refund.
4. How to Request a Change
To request a date change, please email us at Info@strangeandodd.com with your name, booking confirmation number, and the new dates you are requesting. The 7-day window is calculated from the timestamp of your email.
5. Management Cancellations
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to property damage, utility failure, or other unforeseen circumstances that make the space unusable, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a priority reschedule.
