​Welcome to a truly unique and immersive stay. To ensure everyone’s safety, comfort, and respect for this historic paranormal property, all overnight guests must follow the rules outlined below. By completing your booking you have agreed to the Overnight Guest Rules & Regulations.

Check-In time is at 7:00pm. Please do not arrive earlier than 6:45pm to allow us time to clean and prepare the space for you.

1. Guest Conduct & Responsibility

• No children or guests under 16 may be permitted. No pets allowed. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and behavior at all times

• Follow any instructions provided by staff or hosts promptly

• Reckless, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal without refund

2. Approved Areas Only

•  Guests must remain in approved overnight and investigation areas only.

•  Do not enter locked, restricted, or staff-only areas

•  Do not force doors, cabinets, or access points

• This property contains historic and sensitive areas not safe for entry.

3. Respect the Property & Artifacts

• This is a historic and curated paranormal space.

•  Do not touch artifacts unless explicitly permitted

•  Do not move, remove, or tamper with objects

•  No vandalism, defacing, or damage of any kind

• Any damage will be documented and charged accordingly.

4. Sobriety & Substance Policy​

• No illegal substances

• No alcohol consumption

• Anyone appearing impaired may be removed for safety reasons

5. Smoking & Vaping Policy

• Vaping is permitted indoors unless otherwise stated

• Smoking is permitted outdoors only in designated areas

• Dispose of cigarette butts in provided receptacles

• No smoking indoors or near entrance

6. Noise & Quiet Hours

• Out of respect for other guests and the surrounding area:

• Quiet hours may be enforced overnight

• Loud music, shouting, or disruptive noise is prohibited

​

7. Overnight Investigation Guidelines

• Personal paranormal equipment is allowed

• No open flames, candles, incense, fog machines, or pyrotechnics

• No seances or rituals in the building or on the property

• No equipment that may damage the property

• No high-powered lights, lasers, or sound devices that disrupt others

8. Cameras & Monitoring

• For safety and security, cameras are active in common and exterior areas.

• Cameras are monitored by staff

• Tampering with cameras or security equipment is strictly prohibited

9. Emergency & Safety Procedures

• Emergency exits and safety instructions will be provided upon arrival

• Follow staff instructions in any emergency

• False emergency claims or misuse of exits is prohibited

10. Sleeping & Rest Areas

• Use only designated sleeping or rest areas

• Respect shared spaces and other guests

• Clean up personal belongings before checkout​

11. Social Media & Sharing

• We welcome you to share your experience.

• If you post photos or stories, we kindly ask that you tag or mention Sanctuary of the Strange.

• Sharing is never required, but always appreciated.

12. Removal & Liability Policy 

Violation of any rule may result in:

• Immediate removal from the property

• Termination of the overnight stay

• No refund

• Guests assume all responsibility for personal belongings and conduct during their stay.

• Guests are permitted to wander the graveyard during their stay. However, strict quiet conduct is required at all times.

• The property is in a residential area

• Voices must be kept low—no yelling, shouting, music, or disruptive noise

• No running, group chanting, or loud investigation methods outdoors

⚠️ Important: If a noise complaint is received from neighbors or local authorities, the responsible guest(s) will be held fully liable. This may result in:

• Immediate removal from the property

• Termination of the overnight stay

• No refund

• Possible involvement of local authorities if warranted

• Respect for the surrounding community is non-negotiable and essential to preserving overnight access at Sanctuary of the Strange.
